Architects shares the concern of many of our clients that the design must
employ sustainable architectural and energy efficient techniques. The finished
product must be sensitive of the need to protect the environment, to conserve
energy, and to protect our valuable natural resources.
DBA Architects is a proud member of
US Green Building Council (USGBC). USGBC is a non-profit
organization that is committed to green design and developed the LEED
program. Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) is a third
party certification program recognized internationally for its green design
standards. The flexibility of multiple LEED rating systems allows all
building types to become certified.
Sustainable techniques
need to addressed early in the design process. Currently a quarter of
the DBA staff are LEED accredited professionals and would be happy to
discuss how to transform your new building or renovation project into
a sustainable or LEED certified building.
