779 at Tamarack Hills is part of a 12 building 250,000 sq. ft. complex.
The design of all of the buildings is tied together by the similar
architectural details, and the common use of the same stone, brick,
rock face colored concrete masonry, architectural pre-cast concrete,
EFIS, colored canvas canopies, and high sloped roofs with standing
seam metal roofing. This retail building is the cornerstone of the
complex featuring a large outdoor patio overlooking a manmade pond
on the northeast corner of the intersection of Tamarack Road and Bielenberg
Drive. Each retail space has a private entrance and large windows
shaded by a canopy or awning. |
